About me
Estimated read time: 3 minutes
I’m a digital transformation leader and policy advocate with a career dedicated to bridging technology, governance, and societal improvement. Over the years, I’ve led initiatives that redefine public service design and delivery, championing inclusive, user-centred digital ecosystems underpinned by secure digital identity and the development of digital talent.
As a core contributor to the OECD, I’ve shaped global digital governance standards, including the OECD Recommendation on the Governance of Digital Identity and the Good Practice Principles for Service Design and Delivery. At the UK Government Digital Service (GDS), I was part of the team that launched GOV.UK and developed the ideas behind Government as a Platform, setting new global benchmarks for public services.
My work is driven by a belief in the power of digital tools to improve lives, foster equity, and strengthen trust in public institutions. I’m passionate about building frameworks that ensure inclusivity and human rights in the digital age, and I’m always eager to explore new opportunities to drive meaningful, positive change.
